COMPOSITION OF THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF THE PINTIG NG CSC-NCR
The Board of Directors convened on August 10, 2012 for the purpose of electing the officers who will compose the Executive Council and the Chairpersons of the Committee on Welfare and Membership, Committee on Labor Education and Public Information and Committee on Grievance and Collective Negotiations.
The following composed the PINTIG ng CSC-NCR Executive Council:
- President : Janette V. Arce
- Vice
President : Angelina M. Fuentes
- Secretary : Sannie Mae R. Paronda
- Treasurer : Joy R. Canoza
The following shall act as the Chairman of the following Committees:
- Chairman, Committee on Welfare and Membership –James Frawley S. Savellano
- Chairman, Committee on Labor Education and Public Information -Genaro C. Mendi
- Chairman, Committee on Grievance and Collective Negotiations -Wilfredo P. Bagunu
RE: CHANGE OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR
THE PINTIG NG CSC-NCR’S LBP ACCOUNT
RESOLUTION NO. 12-002
WHEREAS, pursuant to PINTIG ng CSC-NCR Resolution No. 12-001 dated August 23, 2012, the PINTIG ng CSC-NCR Board of Directors elected the new Executive Council with the following composition
President : Janette V. Arce
Vice President : Angelina M. Fuentes
Secretary : Sannie Mae R. Paronda
Treasurer : Joy R. Canoza
WHEREAS, Article IX (Deposit of Trust Funds) of the PINTIG ng CSC-NCR Constitution and By-Laws provides that all funds of the PINTIG NG CSC-NCR shall be deposited in a bank to be designated by the Executive Council and no disbursements or withdrawals shall be made except upon the signature of the Treasurer and the President, or any two (2) members of the Board of Directors in the event that any or both the President and the Treasurer are incapacitated or are on official leave of absence from their official duties.
WHEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolved that the authorized principal signatories for the PINTIG NG CSC-NCR Account are JANETTE V. ARCE, President and JOY R. CANOZA, Treasurer, and the alternate signatories are ANGELINA M. FUENTES, Vice President and SANNIE MAE R. PARONDA, Secretary.
The above-named principal signatories shall both sign in all PINTIG ng CSC-NCR checks and disbursement vouchers pertaining to the use of the PINTIG ng CSC-NCR Account which is deposited at the Land Bank of the Philippines, Quezon Avenue Branch under Account No. 000662-1019-82. The alternate signatories shall sign only in case the principal signatories are incapacitated, on official leave of absence or on official travel.
